Clarity

Find your direction.

Sharper positioning. Stronger materials. A story that is actually yours.

Is this you?

Your CV and LinkedIn are fine, and that's the problem: fine doesn't move anyone.

You’re being read quickly and remembered selectively, and the best of you isn’t reaching the page. You might not be certain what you want next, let alone how to ask for it.
The Idea

Clarity comes before materials.

Most people start by editing their CV. That’s the wrong end of the problem. Until you’re clear on who you are and what you solve, no document will carry it for you. So we start with the thinking, not the formatting: your professional identity, then a value proposition you can actually say out loud, then materials that mean something.

How it works

Three moves, four sessions.

Direction + identity

We pressure-test what you really want, then map your professional identity – hard skills, soft skills and the differentiators that set you apart.

Your story

We surface the experiences that aren’t on your CV but should be – the ones that make a hiring manager pay attention.

Materials + strategy

I rebuild your CV around that story, align your LinkedIn and we build an application strategy that goes beyond clicking ‘apply’.

Results

What you get.

A clear professional identity and a value proposition you can use on the page and in the interview.

A CV rebuilt around your story – written by me, not outsourced.
A LinkedIn profile that reinforces it.
An application strategy that puts you in front of the right people.

Where it sits: Clarity is the Be understood movement of the Basel Method – Positioning, Relevance and Trust & Visibility. It’s the foundation everything else builds on.

“Pivoting from the lab to comms needed a great CV - and we were able to build it.”

FAQs

Common Questions.

Is this just a CV rewrite?
No. The CV is one output; the work underneath it is positioning — deciding what role you’re actually aiming at and making everything say the same true thing. You leave with a rebuilt CV, a redesigned LinkedIn, a 60-second introduction and an interview kit, all pointing the same direction.

That’s the whole point. The most common reaction is “for the first time my CV sounds like me, not a job description.” I write *from* you, not over you.

Many people do, and it rolls forward. Clarity is the foundation inside Access and Executive Counsel, so nothing is wasted if you decide to go further.

Four focused sessions, four moves. It’s designed to be the fastest way to get your story straight, not a drawn-out process.
