Precision

One focussed intervention.

When one conversation is the whole answer.

When to use it

Sometimes you don't need a programme.

You need a clear head and a good plan. A better understanding of what you want. An interview to prepare for. A presentation to get right. A single decision you’d rather not make alone.

Results

What you get.

One focussed 60-minute session and a practical plan you can act on immediately. Bring the situation; leave with a decided next step.

Gaining clarity around what you can do.

Quick interview preparation and practice.

Sense-checking an offer before you accept.

A presentation review or a mock run-through.

A single difficult decision, thought through with someone who knows hiring from the inside.

Where it sits: Precision is a single pull from any pillar of the Basel Method — the one piece you need, now.

“What I thought I wanted was not what I actually wanted. I now have the role and the life I need.”

FAQs

Common Questions.

Can one session really be enough?

When the whole answer turns on a single conversation, offer or decision — yes. It’s a preparation call to surface what’s really at stake, a working session on the specific moment, and a follow-up to debrief. Focused, fast, useful when you need it.

When the question is narrow and urgent: one interview, one offer to weigh, one fork in the road. If the issue is broader than a single decision, one of the longer programmes will serve you better — and I’ll say so.

Often it does. If it becomes clear the situation is bigger than one conversation, what we cover carries straight into Clarity, Access or Executive Counsel.
